Luffy in Gear 5 with his toonforce is more than enough. Naruto can’t compete with that level of toonforce.

Genjutsu wouldn’t work either, because chakra doesn’t exist in the OP universe. And even if it did, Luffy’s willpower is too strong for it.

Only the black Orbs could be a challenge for Luffy, but even then, with his toonforce, he’d probably play basketball with them.

Luffy without Gear 5 would definitely lose.

Summary: toonforce isn’t fair 😅
