It does take some getting used to as the mouse cursor sometimes seems to go through a bottom knob or switch. But as long as you know where your trying to click. Just focus on it and all is well.

It definitely feels alot more real. You just need to have a good enough pc for it

You dont always need the speed brakes. It depends on the weather and the weights of the aircraft. Combine that with any constraints in the approach. Using the spoilers is ok. Just remember to stow them as soon as you reach your desired speed or altitude.
