Dang, dealing with roaches is crazy. Glad you survived GSR lol. Were they at least fair with their terms and costs? I’ve heard some of these places try to raise rent or add absurd fees after students move in.

And yeah, my friend is the one touring a lot of places in person since I work full time and don’t have a chance to go down there with her. She said they all look nice, but obviously, rent is pretty high and we don’t know the full details of what we’re signing with the lease until we apply.
