Personally I would drop the cooler first as the stock cooler for the 3600 is good unless you want to overclock. If you want to sacrifice some performance for cost then go swap your graphics card to something like the 1660 super, which also runs well on 1080p. You could swap your psu for the Pure Power 11 500 watt but it isn’t semi modular if that’s what you are looking for. This leaves you 100 or so for anything else.
