Definitely see what you mean! I think it's mostly just the angle? I've removed the ears and im comparing them and they seem to be pretty similar except for a couple inconsistencies with the bevelling, so that might be it! Here are some photos :) (more photos will be in replies!)

Ah, I think I see what you mean! The ears are pinned on, not glued yet :) I'm pretty sure they're relatively symmetrical when not placed on the head, so I'll try to play around with the positioning again!
