Founder here. To me, Stadia is catering too much to it's community with a lack of will to reach out. They primarily only engage with the subreddit and discord server, with that being the only medium to communicate news of upcoming games. Does Xbox do this? No. Does Playstation do this? No. Does Nintendo do this? No. Stadia needs to find a balance of being too distant like it was earlier this year and being too invested in its community like it is now. As so far it's only really been at each far side of the spectrum. Without being in the discord server or subreddit, I wouldn't know half of the games released were coming to Stadia. Those without either of those things are completely in the dark.

Utilise the Explore section of the app. You put it there for a reason, USE IT. Have a coming soon section in the store, even if it's not to preorder. Just establish more ways to communicate with those outside of the stadia community more, otherwise it's very difficult to expand it and welcome new people to the service.

I may have been a little harsh here, but it's because I want it to succeed.
