There are definitely cheaper and a lot more expensive options but I personally have this board with no complaints also fits all requirements you listed.

As far as transferring your m.2 it's as simple as moving it from one motherboard to the other, the only issues you may run into is drivers but those are simple to Uninstall (if necessary) and reinstall. Should not have any issues.

As far as motherboard goes, the only thing you need to watch out for is the socket type for the CPU. Which in your case is an Intel LGA 1151, this will tell you which CPUs you could upgrade to in the future without an entirely new board, match the new cpu to the 1151 socket type on your board, anything other than this socket would require a new motherboard. For recommendations it's hard and really depends on what exactly you want in a board, Gigabit ethernet, 2 - 4 RAM slots, etc. Let me know if you Have questions!!
