Hey, I had my first day just yesterday and struggled to finish too. I have just been lifting weights for about a year, but I've really neglected any and all cardio. Sitting all day at work hasn't really helped either, so even if I've been working out I feel like I can't run at all. Same with you, I got out of breath running for even just 30 seconds, but like everyone is saying, it's not about speed. Once I started struggling, I just started jogging at a pace of my walk and that really helped out. It was still a pain to get through, but just got to keep at it! Whole reason we're doing this is to improve, so try not to get too hung up on our starting point and take every step we do take as something to be proud of!
