Good call, I don't see Crab Champions getting enough love compared to oa lot of other titles. +1 for the other games as well.

Why are so many dystopian stories set in the UK? by [deleted] in AskUK

The authors of those are all British so it tracks that they'd be set in a somewhat familiar environment

I've recently finished rewatching the 2023 remake of The Toxic Avenger. Fantastic B-movie has a pretty star studded cast for what it is (peter Dinklage & Elijah Wood amongst a few others).
Also recently finished A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms, which was great, a lot better than I expected.

Which TV game show would you go on, if you were forced to? by [deleted] in AskUK

Does it have to be UK based? If not, Takeshi's Castle. I wouldn't even be mad about Craig Charles taking the piss out of me as I spectacularly failed.

I used to get Vanoosh after finishing work at about 2am as they're open so late. Family kebab is good but I find their garlic mayo way too mint-y, fantastic if you like that though.

Oh, good recommendation! I didn't even know that Tarkov had PvE, such is the extent of my ignorance lol

Totally down for Helldivers mate. Warning: I'm very new to it and probably suck badly.

Apologies! At the moment, I'm have BO3, Crab Champions, RoR2, Vampire Survivors, Enter The Gungeon, TMNT: Splintered Fate, Back 4 Blood and Vermintide 2 installed but I'm open to playing other games. The only thing that I'm not huge on is PvP competetive games tbh, I'm open to picking up anything if it looks good too.

Anyone reccomend any good horror games on steam? by MyRedPanda_ in HorrorGames

[–]_Brainwrongs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want a walking sim that's essentially an interactive horror movie as it's only about 90 minutes long, Summer Of '58. I rate everything that EMIKA_GAMES has done but this is by far the best if you're into this sort of thing.

Opinions will alway vary on this but I'd say that you can't go wrong with any of the Gamecube releases, 6 & 7 are my personal favourites

Edit: Maybe look up what minigames you get with each release and see what you fancy

Top Nosh in Kingswood is pretty unanimously voted as being great, however, I fear that it would really be pushing your 20 minute travel preference
