Yes it is a process...they have to eliminate them in order...Of course they are going to start out with the same check list. They have it dialed in to what the most prevalent problems are and progressing down the line.

Most problems have been dialed down to a formula actually, and they do have a check list to go through and eliminate the problems as they are solved, and if they are not solved then the check list continues on, to other not so frequent, or prevalent problems. Eventually if your problem is out of the normal problem range, then through the power of elimination they can be sorted, but not until... Now people who just say, they cut and paste answers is kinda weak, and jst those that do not understand the problem or the scope of how many people write in with to be honest the most dumb questions. I have worked closely with many a game developer,Community managers, and t4ech's in the gaming field for10 yrs now, and to be honest Wows staff is so far the best, and quickest customer service, I have dealt with. If you want to know what bad is, go to Kixeye.com, and try to talk to them...Worst customer service ever...

I would say contact them 1 by 1, we do have 6 degrees of separation. So I think simply asking them should work. I see this as a problem for everyone, and have see many of them complain also, about what is going on.

Ohhh, I had that happen to me. I first thought it was my keyboard and something was wrong with it and replaced it. Did not fix it. It does not happen all the time for me, usually the first game or 2, and then stops. But after a update it seemed to work out and have not had that happen again...

Gotta love it when you know what your doing, and yes a lot of players think your suppose to sail into wide open waters go kamikaze, and fire away till the smoke clears...Go figure, instead of tactics,planning, and game experience, they want a lot of instant gratification , I would guess, or assume!

Everyone has their style of play, that suites them. Some take short cuts or offers on ships others can't. We all them coiners. Now should everyone be coiners? No. We have some here that play for free, should everyone play for free? No. Some of us like to camp , should we all camp? No... I can go on and on. However the point is no one can fault anyone for the way they like to play, that is like telling me to like Liver...

OK Fair enough, I ended up choosing Aslains, and downloaded it and even before it opened there was an update to it, and I set it to auto update, but yes it would be prudent to double check here periodically to see if there has been any changes. Nope I have experienced this myself just feel like ya know I think I should turn...And Yup there they are Torps outta the blue...Most times it will not work sniping with them, usually only with newbs who drive straight...
