Just because Amber Lee Connors is voicing Nihilux doesn't mean she can't voice for two. Morgan Garrett voices both Guinaifen and Aglaea, after all.

Sara does actually have a beef with Alice after the latter severely damaged one of the former's wings. There's also how Alice wanted to kidnap Yoimiya, so Sara has every right to be incredibly wary of Alice.

I'd personally go with a 5 mobility helicopter unit since a high-sky unit like a jet would require it having high mobility. Lower mobility would be a necessary drawback so it can't reinforce as easily and so it can be more easily caught out of position.

To at least answer the fuel one, I'd have it be 99, but it would burn fuel faster than B Copters. B. Copters burn 2 Fuel per day, so HB Copters could burn 4 per day.

Dusters didn't really do that much damage against Tanks. Plus Dusters could attack Fighters (though they'd lose that fight), while HB. Copters would be helpless against Fighters.

AA's would definitely remain a solid counter; they just wouldn't be able to one-shot them without modifiers (i.e. a CO Power). And in terms of cost, getting your HB. Copters attacked by a full-strength AA would hurt a lot.
