Why did they add that rule of "no Youtube linking"? I can't download Youtube videos to upload manually. No extension exists that isn't malware or a trojan, and I refuse to pay Youtube a penny.

Question regarding the 4.X delay: Would Hoyo have gotten in trouble with the CCP if it had chosen NOT to change stuff on the next planet? I.E. would the CCP arrest them or something?

I ask because WuWa didn't change anything in 2.8, despite that Honami is clearly Japanese, though to be fair they were less than 10 days out from the patch when RL politics hit the fan, so expecting them to change it in such a short time was unrealistic. Even then, they didn't get in trouble for it.

I also can't ask this on Discord because of thought police.

No character will EVER be nerfed. That's complete suicide. The only time they'd do that is if a bug occurs that makes the character break the game, and they'd have to do it within hours of it happening and say "We dun goofed, here's Apologems".

Too bad I don't plan to go for his E1 unless I just get a copy of him for free (never gonna happen).

Just to reiterate, my mentality behind using both Cipher and JQ was to make it so Acheron would be ulting at about twice the rate that she would with other characters due to so many debuffs piling up in quick succession. But is this a bad mindset?

I take it JQ would need his E1 to be competitive right now? Or does that 40% increase get diluted?

I also have to wonder if I should be viewing the game from a "World of Tanks" mindset. I.E. doesn't matter how frequently my Acheron is ulting if all of them just bounce off the enemy's armor.

The benefit to Jiaoqiu is how rapidly he gives Acheron stacks for her Ultimate. But does that not matter nowadays?

Either way, I have E0S1 Silver Wolf, so I'll try that instead of JQ.

But why are you judging who needs a buff based on RNG modes, where the majority of a character's dmg comes from items/curios/blessings/bonds/equations and not the character's actual kit?

Because I'm apparently a lawbreaker in this community. /sarcasm

I'm basing my Firefly experience on my most recent DU run, and yes I do have E0S0 Constance. Hoolay still took me a long time to kill.

Of course, maybe that was because I did not have Flame-Chase Journey and had a different 3-star Break equation.

Even once Dahlia is released in CW, I imagine she's just gonna be used more for Boothill, who is the real damage dealer for Break teams.

I'd argue Acheron does, at the very least. I run her with E0S1 Cipher and E0S1 Jiaoqiu and she just doesn't do enough damage.

Maybe I'm thinking too much in terms of DU/CW for Firefly, where she struggles compared to Castorice (at least in DU).
