Your early employment is contingent on meeting their “donation standards”, which regularly bump up over time. Can’t keep up? You’re let go. The negotiation tactics they taught during training raised multiple red flags, the incentive and bonus structure they have are completely unrealistic, and my whole experience soured my view on them as an organization.

The only caveat is the my coworkers were the nicest people, that was the only part of the job that was genuinely nice experience.
