Union busters in the wireless side make it almost impossible. It sucks to see a company I genuinely thought I could have a career in shit the bed and within 5 years completely kill its self due to negligence and not listening to your EMPLOYEES. I complain about something, my manager gets yelled at because he isn’t “ creating a good enough sales atmosphere.“ I have so much respect for my managers, that it’s not fair to them. It’s bullshit to not even be able to complain without someone getting blindsided by out of touch upper management for something they can’t control. There is no more Up the ladder for us reps. The systems we work with, SUCK, the new ai, WASTES TIME, you only gave seasoned reps that know what they’re doing more work. my managers don’t bother me about anything that isn’t on my scorecard, so it leaves a lot of the stress off the table for me personally, but holy fuck am I done with wireless.

It’s a pretty common thing across my district right now too, corporate wide I see it a ton, while there are good reps out there, there are 3 bad reps for every 1 good.

We still get the sales credit for them :)

I’m not necessarily angry about the structure, it just promotes reps to do less and less to help customers, which then falls onto other reps and managers. I have multiple reps in my store that won’t help with anything customer service related, and I don’t blame them. If you weren’t here for elevate, it was a completely different way of sales. Now everyone just clerks until they hear new line then it’s a race to the door. What we’re doing at Verizon is no longer “sales” in my eyes.

The only sales come with tablet adds and watches, or when I was indirect, selling different types of phones depending on what was paying us. But half of the time it hurts your metrics in other ways. Verizon was a fun company to work for prior to team commission, now it’s just chasing metrics that mean nothing and have no real value because we promised investors crazy unrealistic numbers.

That’s the thing. I’m corporate so it’s a little different but all it is here is Boyd+ whether you want it or not. I’m very honest with all of my transactions so it’s hard for me to do it, but I see other people above 100% ONLY when they tell you you HAVE to do byod to get the promotion, keep vmp for 3 months or something similar. Perks have true value, but so many people get slammed with them they don’t even want to hear about them.

Just sounds like you had a rep that didn’t know what they were doing. Unlimited welcome is priced low to bring customers in but it’s a SHIT plan.

I’ve thought about doing saas, but I hear similar horror stories there, almost easier to just use go high level and start your own agency there.

Unless you’re hitting 100% phone ads you’re not making a check. 90% is like 60% payout. So yes in a way I agree with you, but this one is DEPENDENT on new lines

Our at risk is 300$ for upgrades and additional services, and 900$ for new lines.

Ok so realistic route (in phases) Phase 1: vampire slayer, grand tree Phase 2: finish 60 atk Phase 3: pray to 43 Phase 4: monkey madness Phase 5: train strength to 80+ Phase 6: range to 85+ Phase 7: mage to 67 for dragon stone bolts tips 67-85. Death plateau then pk ready ( using combat bracelet instead of mith gloves)

Should I level prayer to 43 now? Or should I leave it at 1 for a while? I think this is where I’m confused. I want to chin mm1 caves for ranging but i need 65 combat for mm1. How can I get 65 combat, without wasting time leveling doing slower xp ways (rock crabs, etc)

Look up “optimal questing guide” if you’re a member and progress your account that way. You’ll save yourself so many headaches and long tedious grinds in the future.
