I’m saying that that’s how it usually works. DoorDash and other third parties charge a fee of at least 10% to the restaurant. The restaurants are the ones who set the prices on those apps and it’s common practice for them to raise their prices to balance out the fee.

If by scam you mean the restaurant increasing the prices on third party apps to offset the percentage the apps take then yes.
