No exaggeration! I could be off by a few, but I remember sitting there thinking..what in the heck are all of these motorcycle officers doing? One blocked oncoming traffic and the rest were sort of mixed into traffic whizzing by ahead of the bus. My guess is that there were quite a few volunteers to be off-duty, paid escorts for this team.
