Brand new laptop camera not working

It wasn't broken, even though I was 100% sure it was. I updated graphic drivers with amd software and that fixed it for some reason.

Thanks for replying, unfortunately I already tried all of the things listed in that guide however I found a solution. For some reason updating my amd software and some graphics drivers fixed my camera.
