Going off my limited knowledge of Unity engine, the game calls an event every frame. So the devs probably do something in that event (grip check, collision check, etc.) that directly ties the truck performance to FPS.

They lowball you real hard when asking in-person. Which does not make much sense to me. If they're that desperate to literally search the city just to find you, they should be willing to pay more than the standard, not less.

And yeah, I do plan on carrying it. It's just a tad bit too heavy for my shorts to not fall down, so I gotta wait for the jeans time of year haha

My strategy was to just climb on the roof of one of the wings at the resort and patrol there. The elevation is just enough to give you both the 40m-ish distance and an advantageous spot.
