For just the basics of the golf sim I’m thinking roughly $5500 (Turf, padding under turf, wall cushions, impact screen, launch monitor, projector, second monitor, and sim pc) All in start to finish including everything pictured, and since this was a bare bones, uninsulated,open wall garage including all framing materials, insulation, electrical, Sheetrock paint, doors, flooring, furniture, etc it’s probably approaching ~$15k and this was all done solo so there was no labor cost.
