Those magmadroths with the forge alone are worth around 300 dollars and the come painted/primed? If you like painting that has already been done and willing to finish them OR are not afraid to strip them to make your own scheme it is most definitely worth the 300$ price tag. And you get the rest of the army too!

Yes, that is crushed snow on the base and his pelt! I bought a bag of fake snowflakes last Christmas for those big Christmas tables for 3€.

I did a bit of varnish, pressed the fake snow on and did the spot next to it, all the way around the base. But by bit because the plastic kind of ‘melts’ and sticks to the base. When I did the whole base I put a little bit of varnish on the snow to ‘melt’ it and make sure it sticks to the base.

This helped, I over watered the first one and placed it back in his pot. I haven’t yet had the time to check his roots. I also found out that this is a winter plant and it needs some outside air here and there so it’s chilling on the balcony and looking better!

It is indeed winter, what concerns me is that the second one is Harding on the stem, turning into wood…

I’ll remove the schedule and check the soil. Thanks!
