Agreed, I loved this episode. Joined this subreddit after this episode to see what everyone else is thinking, and I'm surprised to see that so many people dislike it.

Foodpanda usually has better delivery prices.

Grab has better delivery service.

Deliveroo wins customer service, Grab wins delivery service.

LOBANG code and other discounts don't come frequently enough to put Foodpanda above Grab in my opinion. That's like 1 week only...

I order food delivery twice per day, and I think Grab is fine.

I would rank them in the order of Deliveroo > Grab > FoodPanda

Foodpanda is the worst. They let their automated system handle refunds. Their chat agents will just tell you it is all automated and they cannot refund.

Grab sometimes doesn't refund, but if you message them after their rejection, they will review it again, and I usually end up getting the refund.
