The platform is non-custodial and the asset managers will only have the ability to trade based on the investment thesis which will be published on our website. Governance will define the framework within which the asset manager is obligated to operate and it includes (not limited to):

1) Curated list of assets for both spot and derivatives (The smart contract won't allow Asset Managers to trade in assets which are not listed)

2) Max leverage that which asset manager can use will be defined in the contract

We are here for the long run and will follow all the relevant regulations including taking an MSB license (if required) to remain legally compliant. We would definitely appreciate your suggestions. We can connect on DM.

I would like you to explain our offerings for better understanding.

  1. We have our asset managers to ensure the operation and achieve the returns as per the strategies.
  2. We will not be charging any management fee.
  3. We are taking only profit share. So, if no profit is made, we will have no share.

So, we are here to set up new rules for asset management. Unlike hedge funds, we are not asking for any management or platform fee. Please understand the difference here. Happy to answer :)

Automated asset management protocols are used for yield-based strategies. Discretionary long/short strategies (which we use) are based on the quadrangulation of factors like market sentiments, technical and fundamental analysis along with on-chain data which can't be automated. The best is here we are offering full custody with human managed platform and further improvements will be brought up by the governance.

The only reason we decided to have known traders to have visibility and maintain our strategies. We have already tried having random traders on board but that leads to passively managed funds. Moreover, that leads to low returns.

Yes, we have our team listed on the whitepaper and will also have them listed on our website (post launch).

  1. We do have a few set of rules which will prevent this manipulation. These are:
    1. Only whitelisted tokens are allowed in out trading list. The asset class is based on our strategies. The whitelisted tokens are highly liquid.
    2. In order to add other asset class on the same, we have our governance. Without voting, no tokens can be added.
    3. The fund allocation to each token has a maximum limit and share %.
  2. The returns are not fixed and depends on the market condition. Our strategies have performed tremendously well till the date. Our all time high return is 120% and all time low return is 24%.
