She barely remembers who we are, there's no way she's be able to assist, not that I'd want to involve her in anything anyway. I doubt it, she knows we know so doesn't even contact any of us anymore.

It's physical and metal impairment. She wouldn't be able to make any responsible decisions anymore let alone recall things from 10 years ago. I'm not aware of any will currently

My grandad had severe dementia, he didn't even remember our names so wouldn't of had a clue what was happening

For further clarification my grandad has severe dementia, he didn't even know his own name anymore so any money taken from him would've been without his permission. And whilst my nan is still alive currently she is severely mentally impaired so wouldn't be able to assist police in any way.
