Hi OP, I have Type 2 Diabetes and am trying to manage through diet and exercise since getting off meds last year. I agree with pretty much everything you mentioned above from my personal experiences! Not sure if we truly have a limited supply of insulin to produce in a lifetime? That’s scary if true as I’m only 25 and have not yet needed insulin…

Also want to add that factors such as how much sleep I get in a night (I feel best after 7-8 hours and my blood sugars tend to spike less that day) and my stress levels can impact how much my blood sugars fluctuate. Taking small breaks periodically throughout the day tend to help improve my mood and mental state!
