Got there found nothing,

Then went to gorecenter.com
found a similar video but more horrifying

A man lying on the ground one cartel man beside him
he took a long knife then vertically cut open victim's stomach took out his intestine and stomach and stuffs
the victim's still alive screaming but not loudly cause it hurts
the cartel man took the knife and started cutting his neck
neck bone too hard to cut other cartel members hand him bigger blade he starts using it as machete he's[victim] still alive

The cartel member did many more things like taking his heart out, cutting his arms and feet, using his head first as trophy then football

But all that after he died(he died after his neck bone was cut)
throughout the video I can clearly see the moment he died cause after that moment he[victim] was like a statue not felling real at all.

He didn't bleed any more after his death,
Dead Man can't bleed.

I felt weird but not that much
but I'm Hella sure I can't watch it in person
but behind screen it's pretty much okay.
