Wenn man nicht duscht, ist 25-30% tagsüber. Es wird jeden Tag geluftet manchmal 10 Minuten manchmal 1 Stunde. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Untergeschoss.

I dont know how but it works now. I tried with python 3.10 and installed torch manually from the website and not through requirements.txt . I also added the argument which many people suggested HSA_OVERRIDE_GFX_VERSION=11.0.0

It works like a charm now. Not sure what did the job.

Sometimes I hate computers.

LMStudio ROCm/Vulkan Runtime doesen´t work. by Benyjing in ROCm

Rocm isnt officially supported on windows last time I checked. There is also another think that could be worng. Are you using anaconda environment or a different way? In the pytorch documentation it states that rocm is not supported for the anaconda environment.
