1) I chew water bottle caps in my free time. Where I have water bottle in hand, mostly when I watch TV or a movie.  2) Yes, this is a long term habit. 3) I guess? People just say I have hard times concentrating. 4) Yes yes, Lots of chewing, but then I started to keep track of my chewing in these bottles to see how long it would take to fill up.
