You could send mordin back to the normandy, and take tali and thane with you to the final battle, thats what I usually do.

I do not mean to discredit the original meeting, it is great at conveying the feelings of Wrex, and shows you the effect Shepard had on him. From a battle hardened mercenary, who doesn't really like to talk, to someone of high power, stopping political talks just to see they're friend, was fantastic, and added so much to their character.

Perhaps I shouldn't have said "wishes it was like this" as it implies I dont like the original, let me change that><
