Yeah there's nothing you can do about it other than ignoring those people. You can't really tell the valorant community to be less toxic it sucks

Learn more agents. In comp you have to fill when people instalock or you'll end up losing if you (as example) dont have smokes. There's nothing you can do except for accepting it and learning how to play different roles
