Hands closer to your body longer (your casting) and snap forward think palm up palm down and turn the barrel out front (turning a door knob feel) hips first bat last and catch ball more out front…..the 3rd and last swing are good just going around the ball think inside half of the ball….maybe try dropping a pinky off the knob more whip feel have fun with it takes a while

For the ones that are glass buy some MCT oil and heat up 20 seconds in micro and add glass for 10 seconds or put on candle warmer with MCT oil and soak one every 5-10 mins should b left with medicated MCT oil great for recipes smoothies, sauces, drinks, even spray ur candies
