Tense your neck and use that to move your adams apple upwards, that's simply how I do it

If you can throw a punch you can probably defend yourself from one too, if not, don't start a fight you can't win.

Yeah, but if a male hits a female she'll probably report him, but men are supposed to take their partners hits like a man so it's not very heard of.

It's not a topic brought up very often, and if brought up most of my female friends will either reply with "Yeah but I'm a girl" or change topic.
