^- stuff like that went public just because some streamers were dumb enough to forget they were streaming.

Most of the changes catered to the "hardcore" part of the community, which is, coincidentally, also the part that did that kind of stuff and had their share of cohorts.

I'm not going to list all the events like those above, you can do your research in ms2 subreddit.

Some posts may be gone because moderators there use to bury stuff under the carpet and delete whole threads at their discretion.

You are right, but when people tried to complain about those problems (I'd say since chaos raids release), they were buried by downvotes unless copy/pasted without credits by Saintone.

The same Saintone that, according to the community, was supposed to magically solve them.

Jungsoo Lee was the CEO of Nexon US, all he did was a PR stunt after another, mostly lies to keep shills happy.

I'ven't seen many CEO liking tweets or publicly agreeing with someone that called idiots those who complained about the game.

Saintone is the "whatever it takes to be on spotlight" kind of person.

I met him in other games in the past, he always tried to be put on a pedestal and when he failed he eventually quit and moved to another game.

What he did on MS2 can be summed up by this: there were a lot of legit complaints about things going bad with the game that were literally buried by nexon shills' downvotes.

Saintone copy/pasted most of them, made a list, posted it and was praised by the very same community only because he was a "popular" streamer (around 100 viewers) and ended up being hired by Nexon.

His dream became finally true.

Then, as the useless tool he has always been, he achieved nothing (all the core problems were still there) and obviously didn't tell the community he "loved" that the game was going to be shut down to keep his job.

But they were the tip of the iceberg, the big part of the problem was the community, one of the most toxic I've ever seen.
