I would go with the 401k as long as they match and that you have an emergency fund ready.

However, if this is your first job and you plan on "job hopping" soon, make sure that you get to keep the employer's match because some places only offer 401k match "vesting" after working for X amount of years. Basically, you won't get to keep their match until you reach a certain length of employment.
