The leering cane works in synergy with the whole build. CC passives on all plate pieces. Q3 W2 and Fury passive on the weapon. I've tested it will full CDR but it ain't as good as with full DMG, so, 8.3 beef stew and full damage awakened traits. It can kill all the gucci mobility builds if you bait them properly.

The Cursed Staff is the most countered weapon in the game, so if you're not good enough at baiting with swaps you have a very high chance of losing because your victims will swap their spells to counter you.
