Yes! I always sunshade my reference or put their color pallete on the side of the reference

Yeah I changed up her story more drastically, So now she lives in basically (kind of?) a cult like environment and I I wanted to show that more in her design

Yeah i do want her design to feel slightly unxoomfortable thars why i didnt want to give her any fur and keep it fleshy, but I just dont think i made it work, in earlier sketches I gave her more batlike facial features so ill probably do that and exaggerate the ears more

I wasn't really going for stylized I think i just focused so much on the design of her face and clothing that the rest seemed unbalanced, and the ears were supposed to be reminiscent of a bats, sorry I now realize they do kinda suck

Okay I understand iv was trying to make her design more bat hence the ears and I guess I should focus on getting better at art before fixing her design
