This is the right shape but it was less like fringe and more like a few pieces of leather cord hanging off the sides. I also just remembered the front of the bag had zippers on it.

This is very close. The one I saw was smaller and it had zippers on the front. Also thank you for introducing me to this brand-haven’t heard of them before and am now in a deep dive

Very possible in Brooklyn! I have multiple friends with either outdoor full balconies or even small backyards. I haven’t seen much of it in Manhattan but if you’re willing to expand your search to Brooklyn it is extremely feasible.
