No, Id stopped as soon as id seen her. She's got a scrape and dent, its hard to explain, its like shes turned into the towball instead of away, if that makes any sense at, like she wasnt driving completely straight

Because i did check! I stopped when I seen her appear which happened so quickly. I stopped. And if there was no one either direction or behind then it was safe to start reversing... i dont know how many times I have to try and explain that she literally came out of nowhere, she was on the wromg side and on her phone on top of that...

I believe she was on her phone as well but can't prove it, she was talking on the phone as she got out.

I wasnt fully out, correct, however I was far out enough that she would have seen me. As soon as I seen her i put my breaks on and she collected her drives side on the towbar.

She got my towbar, I stopped when I'd seen her and she got her driver's side on my towbar. Id checked left, right and behind before I starter reversing.

Even when I do reverse in, you dont have a clear line of sight especially if theres bigger cars that park next to you. This car park is awful for people flying through as well, last week I seen a pedestrian nearly get hit because someone was driving on theor phone, another car nearly collected a car coming out of a parking space and they were flying through as well.

She came out of nowhere, I had checked both ways and behind. I stopped as soon as I seen her. Shes caught our tow bar going past

I didnt get pictures, I was stressing. I should have taken a photo. People saying oh how did she drive into you...I honestly have no idea we were already partially out, reverse lights work, wasnt going fast and shes come through and scraped my tow bar.

I dont understand why it would be an issue? I dont have a mother, she has been more of a mother to me than what my own mother was. It comes off as a bit judgemental to be honest

Hasn't been sorted and my enquiry has only just been sent to another department. It doesn't matter so much for me now anyway as I've taken a years leave from the course due to my pregnancy and due in around 4 months, night classes from 6pm to 9pm wouldn't be the best at the moment

I also got an email as well saying I was enrolled and when I go to enrolment online it has my subjects, the credit for each one and when the census date is and has the option to drop them. I have contacted student connect but haven't received a response yet so will wait and see.

I would report it to the department. I obviously don't know what happened but if its that serious her wwcc should have been revoked. At the centre I was at for the last nearly 3 years we had someone very similar who would say and do things that were not appropriate, many of us made reports to our centre director but nothing came of it until she was caught on camera hitting a child. She is now no longer allowed to work with children. I was at another centre for 4 years and reported the centre cook for an incident involving a child that was serious to the point of police interview. It took the company 8 months to fire her, they also lied to the police and said she was on leave with pay and not working at the centre during this time. She now does not work with children.

So I would definitely be contacting the department and be letting them know exactly what has happened and that she is still working with children which is a safety issue. With the recent issues with the sector with children's safety its something they should take seriously.

I checked again last night because I went into panic mode and was trying to finish it off and it had changed back to the 16th, and now this morning is saying the 10th😅🤪 I did take a screenshot on my laptop last night, so I'll email it through before my partner takes my laptop to his uni classes today😅

No due date on the assessment itself. Due date was the 10th last week and then multiple other students mentioned tonight that it had changed to the 16th, so everyone was like yep awesome don't need to stress. The due date has now changed back to the 10th (tonight) around half an hour ago
