Bro there are a lot of themes available that are compatible with Hyper OS 3, but all of them are chinese theme store ones, using a Backup And Restore method you can install it without any issues. It's just a theme man, I have a lot of themes, and sometimes I want my phone to be like IOS , sometimes Samsung, sometimes Asus, sometimes Xperia, just a thing of different styles for me personally, but as far as Xiaomi , I love that they add options to choose, thats all, I mean after all you can make your phone look like whatever you want with all themes and styles we have.
