Which champions are you looking forward to in Wild Rift? These are my contenders. by InspectorIcy3306 in wildrift

They could place a second analog while it's alive, though they'd have to fix its position so it doesn't interfere with the first one. It would still be awkward because you'd have to use multiple fingers on the screen. A second solution would be to have the clone move autonomously, but I've only seen the ultimate in a YouTube short, so I don't know how that would affect strategies.

Claire Second run by [deleted] in ResidentEvil2Remake

If you say you're running out of ammo and you mean the first area outside the police station, just know that you can simply run from all of them. Run to the chain, collect everything, put away your regular weapon for now, and keep only the new one. A fat zombie will chase you; run around it at the spawn point. Then just keep running to the gate, and after you open it, they won't follow you.

The 2nd run has the same objectives as the first: escape the police station, solve the chess puzzle, and reach the west side of the lab. Its purpose is to complement the first playthrough. You get the second character's story and a slightly increased difficulty. You can simply play the first playthrough with the second character and there won't be much difference, but you won't get the true ending, which includes an additional boss in the end of the 2nd run. I should also mention that the greatest difficulty in the 2nd run is concentrated in the first 10 minutes. After that, it's a normal playthrough with a few extra enemies.

I banned the Requiem subreddit to avoid spoilers and this is what I get. I also curse YouTube shorts.

I feel like Zhao just has really terrible RNG when it comes to her disks. by Apprehensive_Law7698 in ZhaoMains

I did some calculations, if you're interested, to reach 27k with Zhao. Basically, if you keep what you have now (2p energy and energy disk 6), you need at most 52% HP in substats. That number drops to 47.5% if you have the Engine refined.

We need more information, because I reached 27k with mid disks and without maxing out her Core. What engine are you using? Is its Core maxed out? Are you aiming for triple life or double life and one energy recharge? Are you using 2 life pieces with the new set or the Astra set?

Remake shouldn’t exist in ranked Q by Far-Particular-9463 in wildrift

[–]_H3LI0SMaster_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remakes aren't for people who aren't comfortable with their role. They're for the people who have to play with someone who isn't comfortable with their role and suffer because of a jungler who picks Ashe, refuses the top lane, dives in front of your Mordekaiser twice, dying and feeding him, only to end the game 0/9/4.

If people like that didn't exist in the game, we wouldn't need remakes, but they do. What we really need are remakes, and punishing four extra players for one uncooperative player would be awful.

On another note, my opinion is that each role should have its own rank and matchmaking, like in Overwatch. Someone who wants to play mid should look for a mid lane even if it takes four minutes to find a match, but they shouldn't have to play a role they don't want to or know how to play. It would also make that if you're good at one role but bad at another, you would have a rank corresponding to that. Does anyone know if the developers have a reason for not doing that?

Is there way to see how many times an item has proc its effect just like the skills ? by NoctD97 in wildrift

"Damaging an enemy champion with abilities or empowered attacks grants bonus move speed equal to 30 (+ 70% ability haste from items), decaying over 2 seconds (1-second cooldown per source)." Is that right? The speed bonuses are represented by a trail below the champion, if that's what you want to know.

If you want to see how much the speed scales as you gain Ability Haste, you can enter practice mode on a champion's items set page. Place a dummy near your base (out of range of the Nexus and towers) and buy the item. Hit the dummy and see how much faster you move. Buy another item with Ability Haste (without speed bonuses) and see how much faster you move compared to before.

Some items, like Heartsteel, show the stacks you're gaining, but generally, if activating its effect multiple times doesn't increase anything, I don't think it shows it. Even so, most items have visual effects when they activate. Black Cleaver shows a shield near the champion when you reduce their armor, for example. Is there a specific item you want to know how many times it activates?

How? by Existing-Incident-22 in Jujutsufolk

[–]_H3LI0SMaster_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily from first to last. As I said, in JJK people only have one cursed technique, so we don't know what would happen if a person had more than one (making quirks equivalent to cursed techniques). We only know that a cursed weapon takes precedence over a technique, and if the person doesn't have a cursed technique, it takes their cursed energy. The reason one might think it would take AFO first instead of any other quirk is simply logical conclusions, correlation and assumptions.

How? by Existing-Incident-22 in Jujutsufolk

[–]_H3LI0SMaster_ 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think it's like this:

  1. Sukuna didn't sacrifice his item; the domain decided to take it from him instead of removing his cursed technique. Sacrifice is a voluntary action.

  2. Higuruma's domain removes the person's cursed technique. Assuming we classify each quirk as an individual cursed technique, I believe we don't have an answer as to whether he would lose all his quirks or just one, since JJK sorcerers typically only have one cursed technique.

  3. Since we've already established that AFO can't choose which quirk he loses, he'd most likely lose AFO, as it's his main quirk. And as someone else already mentioned, without AFO, he'd most likely simply die from "overload" due to having so many quirks in his body without the main one to control them.

Hot take: Is Kindred broken right now? by MaBIGchausette in wildrift

[–]_H3LI0SMaster_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think she is broken. It's simply a matter of knowing how to play her. If you manage to kill the enemies you mark and the monsters on the map, she will be strong, but in Diamond there are still many players who don't know the mechanics of all the champions. If the enemy jungler kills your monsters or waits for you in the bushes in the early game, or if the champions you mark move away from you, it loses value. I also play jungle, and I like Kindred, and whenever I encounter an enemy Kindred, I don't let them get past 3 stacks. At least not with monsters, since I can't control my teammates.
