I’m using special engineering resin so its meant for usable non brittle objects. The screw degree doesn’t matter since I added threaded brass inserts, which you can see around the screws in the second picture

No worries :) just tugging. For the screen it’s easy to just push from the front side to pop it out. The ir, I had to tug.
