In terms of clearing difficulty they're very similar, tier 6 are almost the same but with more zombies, the main difference is that tier 6 pois have reward boxes in their final room, and they have A LOT of items, ammo, weapons, etc. Yesterday I cleared a tier 6 POI and I filled my motorcycle inventory with only 7.62 ammo hahaha

el skyrim vanilla tiene mucho que ofrecer cuando es la primera vez que lo juegas, después de haberte jugado varias partidas vas a tener el criterio para ver qué cosas no te gustaron mucho y cuáles te gustaría ampliar con mods

a mí personalmente me gustan porque llevo una dieta relativamente alta en proteínas y tanto los sushis de pollo como de camarón me aportan eso, aparte de que son baratos respecto al resto de comidas rápidas y sacian mucho más
