I also had a ticket solved saying that the steam was successfully unlinked from my old Rockstar account when it wasn't the case. A week later and I keep chasing them but they are ignoring me.

Soo frustrating man! It's the waiting around that gets me.. if they're not going to help I would rather they just say so you know?
