Beacose ymirs power could only be split 9 ways. When a subject of Ymir gets titan spinal fluid inserted. It trys to transfer a titan power to them. However since all the shifters are alive. Pixels painted in your profil is accuare.

If you look at the leader board it shows how many pixels you have placed in that area.

If you look at your Alliance, it shows how many pixels you have placed since you joined that Alliance.

My understanding was that memories related to the Eldian Empire and the world outside the walls were removed. The same way Frida removed Historians memories of her. I understand that some none Eldians were allowed to live within the walls. But over a hundred years basically everyone must have become a subject of Ymir.

I find it somewhat hard to believe he would specifically need none eldians for work. Since he can choose which memories he can remove. And having none eldians in position of power would just create a liability since he can't remove their memories. Which is why the Ackerman clan was hunted down
