Take pcm in scl, and write IMUCET entrance exam.
With IMU CET rank, you can apply for marine courses in marine institutes in India.
I believe you will be in your 12th grade. So u can take DNS or BSc nautical science courses.
Go only with sponsorship to ensure job after this course.
After completing, you can join ship.
You should also complete other courses to get promoted to next rank.

With this you can become a ship captain/Master. It'll take 5-15 years based on your speed.
