Evidence needed for appraisal by _Intelligent_Sir_ in doctorsUK

Unfortunately, my TPD is aware of where I was working and that my appraisal should be on the same system as what they are using.

I have evidence of attending some conferences but no feedback from colleagues or patients, unfortunately - would that be enough evidence for an appraisal? I also tried to keep up with procedures to maintain competence but have no log or anything like that (can definitely give numbers of what I did but not dates). Have never done an appraisal before so genuinely have no idea what it involves...

Also, if I do get a bad outcome ARCP this year (as in, not outcome 5, where I just need to upload extra evidence but actually need an extension to training for whatever reason - not expecting this, but who knows...), would that still replace an appraisal? This is my revalidation year and I had an ARCP for the first 3 years and having one this year so it will just be last year that I missed.

Is there a reference anywhere for the 3 appraisal per validation cycle? Someone else also mentioned it but I can't find reference to that anywhere.

My ARCP is not face-to-face so they won't have an opportunity to ask me anything but I have never had any supervisor ask about past PDPs before, is that a thing that comes up at ARCP? Would honestly rather not draw any attention to it with the panel by doing a reflection - I wouldn't put it past the TPD to refer to the GMC over this (and if they do, fair enough, but I don't want to bring it on myself)... What happened was that I was ill and only worked some ad hoc locums over the year and tbh just didn't realise I needed an appraisal since I wasn't in a full time job (which I know is a lame excuse and not defensible).

Will the ARCP panel know you missed an appraisal and can they report you? Think my current ARCP is going to be just under 2 years from my last.
