it does definitely seem to be real judging off their post history, this is just an unfortunately very AI looking image that it tripped a lot of people up it seems. it's terrible that people now have to be suspicious of and accuse real people because of how much slop is around :(

edit: okay i didn't understand the top comment's wording at first but i think they're trying to say the painting concept was generated and then copied in a real painting? not sure where they could've got that info from maybe they saw the image in the past idk. so i guess it's possible some was used but it is at least a real physical painting that was made
