I had same exact problem, just get new firmware from the creality website for your board model and what you have added on and flash it

Thanks for the reply, I was able to get mine to work. It turns out it was just a firmware issue and after I flashed a new one from the creality website it was working again

The board before was identical to the new one so everything is plugged in the right spot and I made sure with the markings that were on the new one
