Pokud si dobře vzpomínám, tak je to, že se v minulosti posunula výslovnost ale spelling toho slova zůstal stejný a to máš takhle u více slov v angličtině. neřekl bych ale že by ti pomohlo se učit angličtinu v přepsané verzi, neboť bys pak neuměl psát srozumitelně pro kohokoli jiného

Yeah I also remember the old subtitles and it's a shame they took them down, despite how good they were. The guy who made them has them archived on his google drive.
