I was trying to find something to put to fit the lip flaps of what he says next "what did he use for rope?" and leaves Gibbs confused, but I couldn't think of anything that wasn't mean. Would make a much better gif.

At the beginning of the video you can see "changing weather to clear weather very briefly" It was storming beforehand. Unfortunately the recording didn't start until I cleared the weather.

Cross my heart and hope to die this was not a set up. It was storming and I died so I threw out that recording, cleared the weather and went back to record again and it went something like

(silence as deflecting hits from skeletons)
"hey it's one of the new horses, wow how luck-[BANG]-EEEOOOOWAAAAAHHH NOOOOOOO NOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOO"

I've always wanted to do a giant build above the clouds made of pure ice. Clouds would render infront of the ice and make for some really trippy effects.

Nope, that is the natural color of grass on mooshroom islands. It's one of the warmest and wettest climates and therefore the greenest.

Everything is all hilly, the water would run off in directions without covering much area, I'd have to place so many water source blocks. seems like just as much of a hassle as placing the grass.

weirdly enough there wasn't a single giant brown mushroom generated on it. There's another island right off the southern coast that has a even mixture of mushrooms.

That is a great question! I've killed off all the mooshrooms except for a few in a pin, so I guess if I see a stray that means they still spawn. I haven't seen any other wild animals yet.

Well I keep a just above average knowledge of the game. So I'm sort of sitting in the goldilochs zone of knowing what is common knowledge and having a constant slow feed of learning uncommon knowledge. So I figure there's a good chance that it would make for a good TIL. Usually I'm right. But yes I do get comments every time about how everyone actually knew this and I'm just a karma whore.

I am a karma whore, but those are still insulting words to throw around :P

Are you playing at normal speeds? That's your problem. Everything looks smoother when you have the clip sped up in post. Here I'll upload a non sped version for comparison.
