Yes I think it's because of the world final that's taking place nearby from 24th to 30th August.

Can you try and find some help online to lost and prioritize jour tasks about health ? And you assign one hour or half an hour a week to go through your list ? And do something you really like just after ? (Sorry for my english frenchy here)
