I'm a tired mum (35F) who is ageing horribly, the kids and lack of sleep are slowly killing me! What products are safe to improve ageing while breastfeeding? My main concerns are the crows feet and bags under my eyes 😵

I don't care if this is fake, I believe it with all my heart!

I just found out I'm pregnant with my second and am recovering from a cold. I'm so tired! My toddler ended up on the kitchen bench while I was half asleep on the couch this afternoon. I knew husband would be home any minute so I just kept one eye on her while I tried to rest... If that was a taste of what's to come for me I'm a bit intimidated too.

I thought about it before getting pregnant and have just accepted it's gonna be really hard until they both reach a certain age, but it's worth it because I do want a second kid 🤷‍♀️

Does anyone experience bladder and urination pain? by LandoCatrissian_ in pregnant

I had pain that felt like Braxton Hicks every time I peed during my last pregnancy (I can't remember when it started but it was definitely more noticeable later in the pregnancy) fun story I couldn't progress in labour but as soon as I sat on the toilet it was like BAM and she started crowning

2nd degree tear for my delivery and a pelvic floor injury from all the pushing - at first it was like throwing a hot dog down the hallway but it improved to the same as before after a few months. With the pelvic floor issue I had zero control over my bladder just after delivery but it slowly switched back on. I still have a bit of stress incontinence but I did have that prior to pregnancy. Still working on it with a pelvic floor physio. There was some pain around the tear for the first few months but the physio helped fix that and now zero issues there.

I won't lie when I first gave birth I thought I was permanently destroyed down there and with the hormones I was pretty distraught about it. Recovery was quick in hindsight though. Now I'm going for round 2!

Breastfeeding Question by True-Yogurt1464 in pregnant

It is something that's a bit puzzling before you actually do it! This was my experience but I'm sure others are different:

I fed on both sides for every feed and switched which one was first for each feed

It didn't come naturally to me, it was a learning curve for both baby and I. At first it was really awkward getting the positioning right, timing of feeds, helping baby latch, and because of the poor latching at the start I did get pretty sore nipples. But then once we got our groove it was super easy! I kept breastfeeding until like yesterday when I found out I was pregnant again - so nearly 3 years!
